CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 30, 2003, the House Committee on Business & Industry
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the
House Committee on Business & Industry held on April 25, 2003.
The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 25,
2003, the House Committee on Business & Industry met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Giddings, at 11:38 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Giddings; Elkins; Kolkhorst; Bohac;
Moreno, Joe E.; Solomons (6).
Absent: Representatives Martinez Fischer; Oliveira; Zedler
(3).
A quorum was present.
