Pursuant to a notice posted on March 6, 2003, then revised on
March 6, 2003, at 1:58 P.M. and a suspension of the five day
posting rule on the floor of the House on March 10, 2003, to
consider HB 1637, the House Committee on Business & Industry met
in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,
Representative Giddings, at 2:10 p.m.
Following adjournment of the previous committee meeting, the
roll was answered as follows:
