         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 24, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on General Government met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Pickett, at 3:15 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Pickett; Crownover; Hamric; McClendon  
                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Isett (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss issues relating to  
         appropriations for 2004-2005. 
                              
         At 6:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned.
