         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 28,  
         2003, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health &  
         Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Wohlgemuth, at 5:35 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Wohlgemuth; Davis, John; Hupp; Truitt  
                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Dukes; Eiland (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss issues relating to  
         appropriations for 2004-2005. 
          
         (Representative Dukes now present.)(Representative Eiland now  
         present.) 
          
         At 7:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned.
