         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 13, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met  
         in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Wohlgemuth, at 8:35 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Wohlgemuth; Davis, John; Dukes; Hupp  
                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Eiland; Truitt (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss issues relating to  
         appropriations for 2004-2005. 
          
         (Representative Eiland now present.)(Representative Truitt now  
         present.) 
          
         At 9:05 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned.
