         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met  
         in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Wohlgemuth, at 6:15 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Wohlgemuth; Dukes; Eiland; Truitt (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Davis, John; Hupp (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss issues relating to  
         appropriations for 2004-2005. 
          
         (Representative Hupp now present.)(Representative Davis, John  
         now present.) 
          
         At 10:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned.
