         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met  
         in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Wohlgemuth, at 3:40 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Wohlgemuth; Davis, John; Dukes;  
                   Eiland; Truitt (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Hupp (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to discuss issues relating to  
         appropriations for 2004-2005.

         At 6:50 p.m., on the motion of acting chair Truitt and without
