         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Health & Human Services met  
         in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Wohlgemuth, at 8:00 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Truitt (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Dukes (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 9:45 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was recessed until one hour after referral of Bills  
         on the House floor begins, or upon Adjournment of the House. 
          
         The committee reconvened at 12:45 p.m. and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Wohlgemuth. The roll was answered  
         as follows:

         Absent:   Representative Davis, John (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.
