                                 CORRECTED MINUTES 
                                           
         On April 16, 2003, the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on  
         Regulatory authorized the correction of the minutes for the  
         meeting of the House Committee on Appropriations-S/C on  
         Regulatory held on April 13, 2003. The following are the  
         corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 11, 2003, the House  
         Committee on Appropriations-S/C on Regulatory met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Hope, at 2:06 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Hope; Brown, Betty; Jones, Elizabeth;  
                   Solis (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Raymond (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The subcommittee met to review pre-filed amendments for CSHB 1. 
          
         At 2:45 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned.
