Amend SB 1265 on third reading in SECTION 2 of the bill, in 
proposed Section 7.203(a), Water Code (Committee Printing page 1, 
line 19), by adding at the end of the section:
	Nothing in this section shall prevent a governmental entity 
from taking necessary and immediate action against an illegal act 
that causes imminent adverse effects to the public health, safety, 
and welfare of the community in which the illegal act was committed.
