The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend SB 1265, added Section 7.203, Water Code (on page 3,
between lines 5 and 6), by inserting the following:
(f) This section does not apply to a county over the Edwards
Aquifer, as defined by Section 26.046.
