Amend CSHB 1606 by inserting an appropriately numbered 
SECTION of the bill to read as follows:
	SECTION ____.  Sections 305.024 and 305.025, Government 
Code, are repealed.  Any activities described by that former law 
that are not otherwise required to be reported under law shall be 
reported in accordance with any necessary rule adopted by the Texas 
Ethics Commission.
