Relating to the use of the TexasOnline project in connection with
the purchasing of motor vehicle inspection certificates and the
sending of inspection records, reports, and information to the
Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas.

Relating to requiring the Texas Department of Transportation to
annually report to the legislature on certain transportation
matters.
