Relating to the creation of a border port authority; granting the
power of eminent domain and the right to issue bonds.

SB 508            Shapleigh
Relating to establishing task forces in certain border communities
to study impediments to trade in the border region.

SCR 5            Shapleigh
Memorializing Congress to amend federal law pertaining to
membership on policy committees of metropolitan planning organizations and
allow inclusion of persons representing another nation to enable MPOs along
the border to work closely with their counterparts in Mexico.

SCR 9            Shapleigh
Urging Congress to take steps to further the creation of port authorities
on the Texas-Mexico border.
