The House Committee on Public Health will meet to address charge number
three and part of charge number seven. The committee will hear invited
testimony only.

Charge #3:  Examine the costs and benefits of allowing state and local
governments to provide health and preventive care without regard to the
immigration status of a patient.

Charge #7: Actively monitor agencies and programs under the committee's
oversight jurisdiction. The committee will only hear testimony on the
childhood immunization program.
