Relating to the types of restrictions that may be enforced by
certain municipalities.

HB 2683            Allen
Relating to public improvement projects to enforce deed
restrictions and perform architectural control.

HB 3479            Eiland
Relating to the applicability of procedures governing restrictive
covenants in certain residential subdivisions.
