The House Committee on General Investigating will meet to discuss and
take possible action on the following matters related to its interim
charges on the:

1. Management of the Permanent School Fund by the State Board of Education;
2. Creation and Authority of Special Districts; and
3. Compliance of State Laws Related to HUB Participation by State Agencies.

The committee may take action necessary to compel testimony on matters that
may come before it related to its interim charges.

The committee will take only invited testimony.
