The Committee will meet in a joint hearing with the Committee on Insurance
to discuss Interim Charge #4 - Review the major state-administered health
insurance plans to assess the reasonableness of costs to the state. This
second hearing will focus on state employee health plans and teachers'
health insurance plans, both active employees and retirees.

The Committee will hear testimony from the following agencies:

*  ERS
*  TRS

Public testimony will be taken.
