         Committee on Land & Resource Management, Subcommittee on Urban  
         Sprawl, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Mowery, at 1:05 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Mowery; Howard (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Truitt (1). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 3:17 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
