         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 11, 2001, and revisions made  
         to that posting, the House Committee on Land & Resource  
         Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by

         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on
