         order by the chair, Representative Reyna, Arthur, at 6:38 p.m.

                   (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives King, Phil; Nixon, Joe (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The Subcommittee on HB 1767 discussed potential language for a  
         substitute to HB 1767. 
          
         At 7:15 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
