Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2001, the House
Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a public
hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Goodman, at 5:18 p.m. Pursuant to a motion by the chair during
the House Session on April10, 2001, the five day posting rule
was waived so that the House Committee on Juvenile Justice &
Family Issues could take up and consider HB 2108. A revised
notice was posted reflecting the addition of HB 2108.
