CORRECTED MINUTES
On February 27, 2001, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice &
Family Issues authorized the correction of the minutes for the
meeting of the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family
Issues held on February 13, 2001. The following are the
corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on February 8, 2001, the House
Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues met in a public
hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Goodman, at 11:30 a.m.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Goodman; Reyna, Arthur; King, Phil;
Menendez; Naishtat; Reyna, Elvira; Tillery (7).
Absent: Representatives Morrison; Nixon, Joe (2).
A quorum was present.
The Chair recognized invited testimony from the following

At 12:35 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was recessed until 1:35 p.m., February 13, 2001. The
committee reconvened at 1:50 p.m. and was called to order by the
chair, Representative Goodman. The roll was answered as follows:

Menendez; Naishtat; Reyna, Elvira; Tillery (7).
Absent: Representatives Morrison; Nixon, Joe (2).

measure.
Representative King, Phil offered a complete committee
substitute.
