         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Gallego, at 4:15 p.m.

                   Turner, Sylvester; West, George "Buddy" (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Glaze; Heflin (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 6:04 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
