         Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Education, met in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Hochberg, at 10:41 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Hochberg; Delisi; Giddings; Gutierrez  
                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Mowery (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 2:25 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
