         public hearing with the Criminal Justice Subcommittee, and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 1:18  
         p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Hochberg; Giddings; Gutierrez (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Delisi; Mowery (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.
