         Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Interim Charge  
         Three, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         chair, Representative Heflin, at 9:10 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Heflin; Farrar; Hamric; Luna, Vilma;  
                   Puente; Smith (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Mowery (1). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 12:06 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
