Committee on Appropriations met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Junell, at 1:08

Representative Eiland moved the adoption of LBB recommendations
with the following changes:

Funds for additional caseload in CHIP (Children's Health
Insurance Program)
Technical Changes
Correction of FTE cap: increase of 7 at HHSC with
corresponding decrease at Department of Mental health
and Mental Retardation.
Performance Changes
Modify performance measures accordingly, to accommodate
additional funds for additional caseload in CHIP
