Amend CSSB 1156 as follows:
      (1)  In SECTION 9 of the bill, in added Section
531.02102(a)(1), Government Code (House committee printing, page
25, line 5), strike "three" and substitute "five".
      (2)  In SECTION 9 of the bill, in added Section
531.02102(a)(2), Government Code (House committee printing, page
25, line 7), strike "three" and substitute "five."
