Amend CSHB 3483 as follows:
      1. On page 4, between lines 15 and 16, add the following:
            (6) assess the potential revenues that could be derived
from a coal use tax;
      2. On page 4, line 16, strike "(6)" and substitute "(7)".
      3. On page 4, line 21, strike "(7)" and substitute"(8)".
