The Select Committee on Health and Human Services will meet to hear
invited testimony regarding the implementation of HB 2641 and policies
developed by the Health and Human Services Commission and its operating
agencies.  The committee will receive copies of all official submissions to
the federal government pertaining to waivers or other changes in policies
or operations affecting Texas, including those relating to Mediciad, CHIP,
TANF, and long-term care, as charged by Speaker Laney.
