Relating to coordinating colonia initiatives.

Relating to the use by political subdivisions that receive state
financial assistance for water supply and sewer service projects in
economically distressed areas of the revenue from the operation of
those projects.

SB 715            Truan
Relating to the authority of the Texas Water Development Board to set
performance standards for certain colonias contracts and to deny an
application for financial assistance or terminate a contract for inability
to perform.

SB 1284            Lucio
Relating to the creation and oversight of a colonia ombudsman
program in certain economically distressed areas.

SB 1410            Zaffirini
Relating to variances from platting requirements for already
existing subdivisions in certain counties when water and/or
wastewater services are being brought into those subdivisions.

Relating to the provision of utility service in economically
distressed areas.

Relating to the provision of plumbing services in certain
economically distressed areas.

SB 1503            Truan
Relating to certificates of public convenience and necessity to
provide water or sewer utility service to economically distressed
