Relating to the creation, administration, powers, duties,
operation, and financing of the North Harris County Regional Water
Authority; granting the power of eminent domain and the authority
to issue bonds and to impose taxes; providing a civil penalty.

Relating to the creation of the Jackson County Groundwater
Conservation District.

SB 1826            Wentworth
Relating to the creation, administration, powers, duties,
operation, and financing of the Blanco County Groundwater
Conservation District.

Relating to the creation of the McMullen County Groundwater
Conservation District; authorizing the issuance of bonds, the
imposition of taxes, and the use of the power of eminent domain.
