This is a joint hearing with the House Committee on Redistricting.
The hearing will be held in Ballroom C, Section 1 of the Henry B.
Gonzales Convention Center at 200 East Market Street in San Antonio.
The hearing will begin at 1:30pm with public testimony scheduled to
begin at 2:00pm.
