Relating to the application of the open meetings law to certain
meetings at which a governmental body receives information from
third persons, including government employees.

HB 304            Wise
Relating to furnishing printed copies of state publications
released only in an electronic format to the Texas State Library.

HB 432            Turner, Bob / et al.
Relating to legislative review and gubernatorial suspension of
certain rules of state agencies.

HB 471            Wise
Relating to a state government internship program for certain
students in certain fields of higher education.

HB 595            Maxey
Relating to allowing a governmental body to discuss its test
questions in a closed meeting.

HB 596            Maxey
Relating to the application of the open meetings law and the open
records law to certain entities that are parties to certain
contracts with the State of Texas.

HB 599            Gallego
Relating to the application of the open meetings law to district
judges performing management or administrative functions.

The committee will hear invited testimony on Electric Restructuring.
