The committee will meet in a public hearing to discuss the following
interim charges:

     Monitor actions taken under HB 1704, SB 710, and SB 1690,
     76th Legislature.  Study the ability of counties to provide
     for appropriate growth and development in unincorporated
     areas while balancing private property rights.  Study the
     regulation of billboards placed along highways.
