Relating to the powers of the Lubbock Reese Redevelopment
Authority, including the power of eminent domain, the imposition of
taxes, and the issuance of bonds.

SB 1428            Duncan
Relating to the legal description of land in the Lubbock Reese
Redevelopment Authority.

SCR 40            Shapleigh
Requesting the lieutenant governor and speaker to initiate joint
sessions with legislators of bordering Mexican states to
establish communications on issues pertinent to the region.
