The House Committee on General Investigating will hold a joint meeting
with the Senate State Affairs Committee to consider invited and public
testimony.  The House Committee has been charged with reviewing the
program and processes by which disabled workers are afforded priority
in certain procurements, including the roles of the General Services
Commission, the Council for Purchasing from People with Disabilities,
and the Texas Industries for the Blind and Handicapped.
