The Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence will have its second public
hearing in Edinburg, Texas. The location of the hearing will be at the
University of Texas - Pan American, International Trade and Technology
Building, room 1.102.
The committee will hear invitd and public testimony on the following
charges and other related issues:
Charge 1. Record Expungement
Charge 2. International Detainment and Child Abduction into Mexico
Charge 3. Execution of Mentally Retarded Offenders
