This will be a joint hearing with the Senate Committee on
Redistricting.  The hearing will be held in the Hall of Nations at
the Texas Tech University International Cultural Center at 601
Indiana Avenue in Lubbock, Texas.  The hearing will begin at 12:00
noon with invited testimony to be followed with public testimony.
