This will be  a joint hearing with the Senate Committee on
Redistricting.  The hearing will be held in Room 305
George R. Brown Convention Center, 1001 Avenida De Las
Americas in Houston.  The hearing will begin at 10:00 am with invited
testimony.  Public testimony will begin at 1:00 pm.
