         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2000, the House  
         Committee on the Windham School District, Select, met in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Lengefeld, at 9:07 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Lengefeld; Allen; Ellis, Dan; Haggerty  
                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Dutton; Staples (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         (Representative Staples now present.) 
          
         Testimony was taken regarding an overview of the Windham School  
         District.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 11:10 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
