         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 3, 2000, the House  
         Committee on Teacher Health Insurance, Select met in a public  
         hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative  
         Greenberg, at 11:07 a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Smith; Telford (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Bonnen; Flores (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         At 12:57 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
