         order by the Chair, Representative Bailey at 3:35 pm.

         Representative Edwards moved that SB 1783 be reported  
         favorably to the full committee with the recommendation that  
         it be reported favorably to the full house.  The motion  
         prevailed by the following vote:

         Nays:          None (0).

         The chair laid out HB 3375.   
          
         Representative Edwards offered a complete committee  
         substitute.   
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Edwards moved that HB 3375, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full committee with the  
         recommendation that it be reported favorably to the full  
         house.  The motion prevailed by the following vote:
