CORRECTED MINUTES
On April 7, 1999, the House Committee on Urban Affairs
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of
the House Committee on Urban Affairs held on March 31, 1999.
The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on March 26, 1999, and a
suspension of the rules on March 30, 1999, the House
Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Bill Carter at
2:10 pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Carter; Bailey; Burnam; Clark;
Ehrhardt; Hill; Hodge; Najera (8).
Absent: Representative Edwards (1).
A quorum was present.

The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure
was reported from committee. The motion to reconsider
prevailed without objection.
