         Committee on State Affairs, Subcommittee on Privacy, met in a  
         public hearing and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative McCall, at 10:07 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representative McCall (1). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Danburg; Hilbert; Jones, Delwin;  
                   Longoria (4). 
          
         (Representative Jones, Delwin now present.) 
          
         Testimony was taken on the subject of consumer privacy.  (See  
         attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:08 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
