         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 25, 1999, the House  
         Committee on State Recreational Resources met in a formal  
         meeting and was called to order by the Chair, Representative  
         Edmund Kuempel at 9:40 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Ellis, Dan; Hope; Ritter (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Cook; Crownover; Homer (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         HCR 266 
          
         The chair laid out HCR 266.   
          
         The chair referred the bill to the Subcommittee on HCR 266. 
          
         The chair named the following members to the Subcommittee on  
         HCR 266:  Representative Alexander, Chair, Representatives  
         Davis, John and Ritter.  
          
         At 9:44 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
