Pursuant to a notice posted on April 16, 1999, the House
Committee on State Recreational Resources met in a public
hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative
Edmund Kuempel at 8:05 am.
The roll was answered as follows:

Dan; Hope; Ritter (6).
Absent: Representatives Crownover; Davis, John; Homer (3).

The chair recognized Representative Krusee to explain the
measure.
The chair recognized Representative Krusee to close on the
measure.
Representative Cook moved that SB 1512 be reported favorably
to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and
be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent
Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Representatives Kuempel; Cook; Alexander;
Davis, John; Ellis, Dan; Hope; Ritter (7).
Nays: None (0).
Present not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representatives Crownover; Homer (2).
At 8:13 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
