Committee on State Recreational Resources met in a public
hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative
Edmund Kuempel at 8:05 am.

Representative Davis, John offered an amendment to the
measure.
The chair recognized Representative Ritter to close on the
measure.
The amendment was adopted without objection.
Representative Davis, John moved that HB 2272, as amended, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
