Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 28,
1999, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a
formal meeting and was called to order by the Chair,
Representative Sherri Greenberg at 3:42 pm.

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 2701 as pending business.
Representative Greenberg offered a complete committee
substitute.

The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Clark moved that HB 2701, as substituted, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
following vote:
Ayes: Representatives Greenberg; Tillery; Bonnen;
Clark; George; Rangel; Salinas; Williams (8).
Nays: None (0).
Present not Voting: None (0).
Absent: Representative Telford (1).

The chair laid out HB 3009 as pending business.
Representative Greenberg offered a complete committee
substitute.

reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the

to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and
be printed. The motion prevailed by the following vote:

Nays: None (0).
Present not Voting: None (0).

At 3:47 pm, on the motion of the chair and without objection,
the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
